ATM

With the “Sabacash” service, you can now withdraw your money from your account in the banks available in the wallet via an ATM.

How to withdraw from an ATM

  1. Click on the “ATM” icon from the main screen.
  2. Choose the ATM you want to withdraw from, for example: Bank of Yemen and Kuwait.
  3. Enter the required information, amount, and then press the “OK” button.
  1. A list will appear containing (amount, transaction fees, total) and you will be required to enter the PIN, and then press “OK”.
  2. You will receive a text message with the secret code (ATM OTP) in order to confirm the cash withdrawal from the automated teller machine.

Money Transfer

With the “SabaCash“ services transfer, send and receive at the lowest transfer rate, where you can now send and receive remittances via your mobile phone in a flexible, secure and convenient way, where you can transfer to anywhere within the Yemeni territory with the click of a button.

How to Transfer Money

  1. Click on the “Send Money“ icon from the main screen.
  2. Enter the required data (the recipient's mobile number, amount, currency selection) and then press the “Send“ button.
  3. A list will appear containing (the recipient’s mobile number, amount, transaction fees, total) and you will be required to enter the recipient’s data and password if the recipient is not registered in the “SabaCash“ service
  1. If the recipient is registered, the list will appear without the recipient’s data, and then press “OK“ to complete the process and a notification will appear with the details of the process.
  2. Then another notification will appear telling you that the process was completed successfully, and you have the option to add this service to your favorites.

Bank and walets

With the “Sabacash” service, you can now easily withdraw your money from your account in any bank or governorate available within the wallet to your Sabacash account.

How to send money to other walets

  1. Click on the “Banks and Wallets” icon from the main screen.
  2. Choose “Electronic Wallets” and then choose the wallet you want to send to, for example: Mobile Money.
  3. Enter the required data (mobile number in the wallet to which you want to send, the amount) and then press the “OK” button.
  4. You will see a list containing (account number, amount, transaction fees, and total) and you will be required to enter the PIN, and then press “OK.”

How to send money to banks

  1. Click on the “Banks and Wallets” icon from the main screen.
  2. Choose “Banks” and then choose the bank you want to send to, for example: CAC Bank.
  3. Enter the required data (account number in the bank you want to send to, the amount) and then press the “OK” button.
  1. You will see a list containing (account number, amount, transaction fees, and total) and you will be required to enter the PIN, and then press “OK.”

Local network transfers

Sabacash” provides you with the ability to send and receive remittances from local networks in a safe and convenient way.

How to send remittances

  1. Click on the “Local Network Transfers” icon from the main screen.
  2. Choose the “network” you want to send to, for example: Hazmi Transfer.
  3. Enter the required data (the recipient’s number on the network to whom you want to send, the first name, father’s name, grandfather’s name, and last name of the recipient you want to send to, choose the purpose of the transfer, the note, the amount) and then press the “OK” button.
  4. A list will appear to you containing (the recipient’s number, the recipient’s name, the amount, the transaction fees, and the total) and you will be required to enter the personal code PIN, and then click “OK”.

How to withdraw remittances

  1. Click on the “Local Network Transfers” icon from the main screen.
  2. Choose the “network” you want to withdraw from, for example: Hazmi Transfer.
  3. Enter the required data (your transfer number, amount) and then press the “OK” button.
  1. A list will appear containing (transfer number, amount, total) and you will be required to enter the PIN, and then press “OK”.

Charging phone credit

With the “SabaCash“ service, you can now recharge the balance of your phone number or the number of any other person within all communications networks in the Republic of Yemen (Saba phone, YOU, Yemen Mobile, Y) at any time and from anywhere directly through a cell phone in an easy and fast way. The fast method of recharging the balance is available for “SabaCash“ customers

How to charge phone credit

  1. Click the “Recharge Balance“ icon from the main screen
  2. Enter the required data (the recipient's mobile number) and then press the “Inquiry“ button.
  3. Packages will appear and you can (select the package, the amount, select the currency) then press “OK“.
  1. A list will appear containing (mobile number, amount, transaction fees, total) and you will be required to enter your PIN, then press “OK“ to complete the process.
  2. Then another notification will appear telling you that the process was completed successfully, and you have the option to add this service to your favorites

Bundle Purchasing

“SabaCash“ services allow you to choose the appropriate packages to recharge your phone credit across all cell networks in the Republic of Yemen (Sabaphone, YOU, Yemen Mobile, Y) at any time and from anywhere via a cell phone in a fast and easy way.

How to purchase bundles

  1. Click on the “Buy Packages“ icon from the main screen
  2. Enter the required data (the recipient's mobile number) and then press the “Inquiry “ button.
  3. All packages will appear then you can (select the package, select with or without “Salfny“, amount, select currency) then press the “OK “ button.
  1. A list will appear containing (the recipient's mobile number, amount, transaction fee, total) to verify the validity of the data listed and you will be required to enter your PIN. Then click “OK“ to complete the process.
  2. A notification will appear to you with all the details of the process, and you will also receive a text message.
  3. Another notification will appear telling you that the process was completed successfully, and you have the option to add this service to your favorites.

Entertainment

SabaCash services are not limited to financial transactions only, but they also offer you an opportunity to enjoy the entertainment side, where you can now pay in game fees like: (PUBG, Free Fire) from your device without trouble and with the click of a button.

How to pay fees for Games

  1. Tap on the “Entertainment“icon from the main screen.
  2. Choose the type of entertainment you want to pay for.
  3. Fill in the data (player number, mobile number, type of intensity category, amount) to pay the in-game fees and press the “Pay Bills “ button.
  1. A list of the data entered will appear to make sure that it is correct, then enter your PIN and press the “OK “ button.

Money Depositing and withdrawal

You do not have to carry cash in your Pocket anymore, with “SabaCash“you can deposit and withdraw cash to and from your account by visiting the nearest authorized “SabaCash“service point spread all over the Republic of Yemen.

How to Deposit

  1. Visit the nearest authorized service point of “SabaCash“.
  2. Deposit the amount you want to deposit into your account at the service point.
  3. You will receive a text message containing the value of the amount deposited into the account

How to withdraw

  1. Click on the “Cash Withdrawal“ icon from the main screen.
  2. Enter the required data (amount, select currency) and then press the “Confirm“ button.
  3. A list will appear containing (amount, transaction fee, total) and you will be required to enter your PIN, and then press “OK“. A notification will appear with all the transaction details.
  1. Another notification will appear telling you that the process was completed successfully
  2. This process is considered a cash withdrawal and you will receive a message with a one-time password (OTP) to give to the service point to confirm the cash withdrawal and receive your money.

Merchant Payment

To pay your purchases, you do not need to carry cash in your pocket, now with the (Pay a Merchant) service from SabaCash, pay and shorten the crowded queues, with the click of a button, you can pay the value of your purchases through the “SabaCash“ application in an easy and fast way. Use the SabaCash app and pay for all your purchases using the merchant account number or by scanning their QR code.

How to pay a merchant

  1. Click on the “Pay to Merchant“ icon from the main screen.
  2. Enter the required data (merchant code (Alias), cashier number, amount, select currency) and then press the “Pay to Merchant“ button or via the QR code.
  3. A list of the data included (amount, transaction fee, total) will appear to verify its validity, after that enter your PIN and press the “OK“button.

Pay bill

You can use the “SabaCash“ service account to pay all your bills related to electricity, water, internet, fixed phone and all mobile phone networks in Yemen at any time and from anywhere directly through your mobile phone in an easy and fast way

How to Pay Bills

  1. Click on the “Pay Bills“ icon from the main screen
  2. Choose the type of bill to be paid, for example: Electricity bill payment.
  3. Enter the required data (meter number, area, amount) and then click on the “Pay Bills“ button
  1. A list of the data listed will appear to ensure that it is correct, then enter your PIN and press the “Ok“ button.
  2. A notification will appear telling you that the process was completed successfully, and you have the option to add this service to your favorites

In the event of an error in any financial transaction or to submit a suggestion, the customer can enter the main screen to submit a complaint or suggestion through the (Help and support) option to communicate with customer service.
